Set just above Anderson Ranch Reservoir in the small mountain town of Pine, this three-level log home is one of the closest cabins to the beach and boat dock in the entire area. A short trail from the property leads you directly across the road to the water in less than a minute, making lake days incredibly easy from the moment you arrive.

And when you’re not out boating, swimming, hiking, or exploring—you’ll probably want to spend your time right here.

The home sits on a beautiful wooded lot with plenty of room to spread out, gather, and relax. Recently landscaped and continuing to improve into Summer 2026, the property offers multiple outdoor spaces, a large gravel parking area for boats and trailers, and enough parking for multiple vehicles without ever feeling cramped.

Inside, the cabin immediately feels cozy and inviting. You enter directly into the main living space, where comfortable seating surrounds a large wood stove that becomes the heart of the home during winter months. The decor leans into the spirit of a true lakeside retreat—warm woods, thoughtful cabin touches, and spaces designed for slowing down and being together. The dining area comfortably seats eight and naturally becomes the gathering place for family dinners, card games, morning coffee, and late-night conversations after long days outside. Just beyond, the newly updated kitchen blends modern convenience with classic cabin style and comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook your favorite meals. Also on the main level is the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, clothing storage, and easy access to the shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is the only shower in the home.

But during the warmer months, life tends to move outdoors. We do provide fans for each bedroom, and the home stays nice and cool.  There is no AC in this property.

The wraparound deck is where mornings begin and evenings linger. With outdoor seating, dining space, a BBQ grill, and peaceful views through the trees toward the reservoir, it’s the perfect setting for breakfast before the lake or a slow dinner as the sun drops behind the mountains.

Upstairs, the cabin opens into a second living area that feels especially ideal for families. There’s a cozy couch, TV, toys for kids, and access to a private upper deck with panoramic reservoir and mountain views that honestly feel hard to leave. Sunrise coffee and sunset drinks just hit differently up here. This level also includes two snug and comfortable guest bedrooms that share a bathroom—one with a king bed and the other with a queen—both offering storage for longer stays and enough separation to make the layout work well for groups.

Downstairs is where things shift into full vacation mode.

The lower level game room features a pool table, TV, and direct access outside through the garage-style opening to the backyard and fire pit area. Watch the game, play pool, let the kids spread out, or head outside at night to gather around the fire overlooking the reservoir.
