The layout is simple and cozy in all the best ways. The main bedroom features a comfortable king bed and closet space for settling in. The bonus bunk room — outfitted with two twin beds — is delightfully snug and perfect for kids who want their own fort-like hideaway.

The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space brings everyone together. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for making meals at home, whether it's a big breakfast before a ski day or a simple après-ski pasta night. The dining table seats five comfortably, and the living area, warmed by the fireplace, is the definition of cozy. Although the pictures don't show it just yet, we have installed a brand new TV in the living space. 

Location is where this condo truly shines. You’re perched on the bluff — close enough to everything, but just far enough to feel peaceful. The Bluff Condos have their own pool and hot tub, choose your vibe. Golf at Elkhorn is only a short drive away, Dollar Mountain is four minutes down the road, and both Downtown Ketchum and the Sun Valley Resort Village are an easy eight-minute drive in opposite directions.

Whether you're skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, or just escaping reality for a few days, this condo makes the perfect Sun Valley home base — simple, comfortable, and surrounded by every adventure you came here for.
