The kitchen is well equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners, with a cozy breakfast nook for slow mornings. Just beyond, the dining area seats six and features a wet bar with wine fridge, setting the tone for long dinners that stretch into the evening. Sliding doors lead directly to the outdoor patio, where comfortable seating, a fire pit, and sweeping views make it hard to head back inside — especially with the gentle sound of the stream running through the property.

The living room anchors the space with a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and a smart TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day outside. One of the home’s two primary suites is also located on this level, featuring a king bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the patio — wake up, step outside, and take in the views without even leaving your room.

Downstairs, a second living area offers a totally different vibe. With a large 75” smart TV and plush seating, it’s ideal for movie nights, kids hanging out, or spreading out after a full day of adventure. Two additional bedrooms on this level — one with a queen bed and one with a full — share a hall bathroom and are comfortable, quiet spaces to recharge. The second primary suite is also located downstairs, complete with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and its own private patio, making it a perfect option for couples or anyone wanting a little extra separation.

Outside is where this home truly shines.
